We want people with disabilities to be able to use the Durham Junk Removal website and request a quote. We welcome feedback about barriers that make this difficult.

This statement covers junkremovaldurham.ca, our quote-request and referral website connecting people in Durham Region with independent junk-removal providers. It does not cover independent providers or third-party websites.

Accessibility status and limitations

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 explain how to make websites more accessible. We do not currently claim that this website meets all WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements.

A limited review of the website code led to clearer footer text, skip links to the main content and a keyboard-focusable photo-upload control.

These changes are not a full accessibility assessment. Keyboard use, screen-reader support, zoom and mobile layouts still need a complete check across the website. Other barriers may exist.
