Yes — our minimum load starts at $129. This covers travel, labour, and disposal for small jobs.
No hidden fees. The price we quote covers labour, loading, transport, and disposal. We will only change the price if the job turns out to be significantly larger than described — and we will always tell you first.
We may add a small carry-out fee for items that require multiple flights of stairs or very difficult access (e.g. narrow hallways, attic items). We disclose this during your free quote, before we start.
For most jobs, yes — we need someone to confirm the items and approve the price. For pre-arranged jobs with a clear scope, we can sometimes work without you present.
