Durham Junk Removal (junkremovaldurham.ca) is a lead generation platform, not a junk removal company. We do not perform junk removal services ourselves. Our platform connects residents and businesses in Durham Region, Ontario with independent, local junk removal professionals ("Service Providers").
By using this website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Platform Role
Durham Junk Removal acts solely as an intermediary connecting customers with independent Service Providers. We do not employ, supervise, or control the Service Providers in any way. Any junk removal work arranged through our platform is performed by independent third-party contractors who are solely responsible for that work, including its quality, safety, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Submitting a Quote Request
By submitting a quote request on this website, you:
- Consent to being contacted by one or more local junk removal professionals in Durham Region by phone, text, or email regarding your request
- Agree that your contact information and job description may be shared with those professionals
- Acknowledge that receiving a quote does not obligate you to hire any Service Provider
- Confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
No Guarantee of Service
Durham Junk Removal does not guarantee that a Service Provider will be available for your requested job, date, or time. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or pricing of any work performed by a Service Provider. Any agreement you enter into with a Service Provider is solely between you and that provider — Durham Junk Removal is not a party to that agreement.
Pricing and Quotes
Quotes provided through our platform are estimates offered by independent Service Providers. Durham Junk Removal does not set, approve, guarantee, or take any responsibility for any quoted or final prices charged by a Service Provider. Pricing may vary based on the scope of work, location, and the Service Provider's own rates.
No Warranty
This website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Durham Junk Removal disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components such as viruses.
Limitation of Liability
